Think You Can't Lose Weight? Think Again.

Does it feel like no matter what you do, you just can't seem to lose weight?


That you've tried everything and nothing works?

I get it. Diet trends are constantly changing,

Low carb.

High fat.

High protein.

Low fat.

Count calories.

Don't count calories!

Whole 30.

Intermittent fasting.


It's exhausting trying to keep up with it all.


But if you are like most of the women I work with, you have tried to keep up with it all...and it's left you feeling frustrated and fed up...and like no matter what you try, you just can't seem to lose weight.


As the "tried it all" dieter, you can probably write a more comprehensive review on diet trends than any nutritionist out there.


But, let me ask you this...do you REALLY believe that you can't lose weight?

Or is it possible that the real reason you haven't been successful at losing weight is because you believe that you need to be perfect in order to lose weight...?

And in thinking that you need to be perfect, you throw in the towel anytime you "ruin" your diet...aka make a mistake...aka be a human.

But do you think that every single woman that was ever successful at losing weight got there by NEVER making a mistake?


By never eating a cookie?

Or never skipping a workout?

Or never drinking one too many glasses of wine?

Did they get there by being PERFECT?


Or did they get there by not giving up?

When we look at women who are successful at weight loss they all have one thing in common, they don't give up. On themselves or on their dreams.

So how do you get better at not giving up?


For starters, you let go of trying to be perfect.

You learn how to treat yourself with more kindness and self-compassion.

You focus on doing just a little bit better every day.

And you build up your belief in yourself and in your ability to do the hard things and to come out on top.


So right now you have a choice.

You can continue thinking that, no matter what, you just can't lose weight. And if that's your choice then you might as well just go ahead and give up on the idea of ever living a healthier life right now.


Or, you can be the type of woman that doesn't give up and who focuses on progress rather than perfection.
