Consistency DOESN'T Create Change

“If you want a different result, make a different choice.”

You've probably heard that consistency is key to success, right?

But the truth is that, consistency DOESN'T create change.

👉 IN-consistency does.

Now you might be thinking...

"Say what?! Every fit-fluencer online tells me that the reason I haven't hit my goals is that I'm not consistent enough."

But look at it this way,

Showing up to your current workplace every day isn't going to get you that dream job you've always wanted.

Just like jogging at the same pace for every run won't create a new marathon PR.

And right now,

You are VERY consistent at being your current self.

But I'm pretty sure that you don't want to just "keep on keeping on" with the way things currently are,

And that what you really want is to step into the BEST version of yourself.

So, if you want to create change in your life,

You need to do things DIFFERENTLY than you are doing them now.

You need to interrupt the patterns that are running on autopilot in your life.

And you need to BE INCONSISTENT with your current way of living.

How do you do this?

For starters, you'll need to get clear on what your BEST self looks like, thinks like, surrounds herself with and cares about.

And then you'll need to develop the awareness skills to help you "catch yourself in the act" of being your current self,

So that you can give yourself the opportunity to make a different choice...

To stay consistent with your "default" way of living,

OR

To be INCONSISTENT and do something new.
